Tomato (87%), aubergines (9%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, ricotta cheese (cow''s milk, rennet, whey, salt), sunflower seed oil, basil, sugar.

AROMA:
The predominant aromatic note is that characteristic of fresh tomato puree, combined with the aroma of raw oil and the typical aroma of fried aubergine and ricotta.
FLAVOUR:
Slightly sweet taste of cherry tomato, combined with the sweet flavour of aubergine and ricotta. When chewing, you can feel the consistency of the aubergine cubes.
